Bob is our resident servant leader. He is a purveyor of calm and grace. If the restaurants were on fire, Bob would be making s'mores for the staff and thinking about how he would fit them all in his house that night. He has two perfect children and his wife would be the best friend you have ever had if you knew her. He lives on a golf course but does not play very well.

Jason Gibbons - Executive Chef

Our resident food architect, flavor master and golfer extraordinaire, Jason magically makes it all happen in the kitchens. He is extremely cool under pressure and knows what to say and when to say it. Tornadoes avoid him like the plague. His taste buds are so refined that he can detect a micron of cinnamon in allspice gelato. He is a food lover and a below average tennis player.

Paul Connors - Executive Pastry Chef

Paul is, luckily, a better dessert maker than he is a fly fisherman. His claim to fame is that he hires exceptionally well and takes all the credit for everyone's accomplishments. He is a great writer and all around good guy. He drives a small car and gets great gas mileage. He refuses to play golf with Jason Gibbons ever again.
